map problems

it lets me log in fine, select my avatar fine, but when I try loading the game, after a few seconds it says map not available, I don't know what to do.

Do you mean the "Failed to connect to map server" error? Are you trying to load into a custom map or a regular in game Feral Heart map? It could just be the server as usual if it's a Feral Heart map especially like Fluorite. There has been a bit of trouble with the server the past few days and you're not the only one who gets this trouble. If you try to log in again you should be able to get in.

If your character is 'stuck' inside a map, you could also use the Character Reset function recently integrated to the forum. ~

In the top right hand corner of the screen there is a yellow box. Within this yellow box is your forum icon and a few links, or a login bar. Log in if you haven't already. There will be a "Character reset" link. Click it and log in again. In there you can reset your character's home position from outside the game, which will fish them out of stuck maps

As Decessei said if your problem on the other hand is that you're stuck on a custom map etc on the forum there should be a spot that looks like this. Follow the above directions if you want to reset your character's position.

I am pretty sure flourite it down right now. That may be the problem...

Fluorite is down at the moment, that could be why.
