First off, Feral Heart's Tree Wave programs belong to the one who programed them, as do the ones I grabbed from FH+.
So, all this does is make trees' leaves move around like they do in FH+. Scroll down to see a video of the trees.

Download the Tree Waves.After downloading, in the material file of the tree(s) you want to wave, place wave_xform rotate sine 1 .1 0 .02
under where the texture is. In the end, it would look something like this:
