How do you make wearable objects?????

Hey, Silverdragonwolf here. I am new as of 3 days ago, and was wondering, how the heck do you make clothes, jewelry and patterns like some unique people have on? I can't find anything really helpful (no offense) and was hoping someone could tell me how to make and post and wear the items i don't know how to make. Help me please!
