Admittedly, I jumped on the bandwagon about a few months ago, when were less fightwolves and the majority of them were quite literate, and fair players. I liked to RP with them every now and then because I could practise my RP combat which wasn't very good before, and because there were some genuinely nice people there that I could talk to.
Nowadays, there's more powerplaying illiterate people which has driven me out of the fightwolf craze. And I get the feeling that these people either want to practise or are just violent people who like violent RPs.

Any way I just wanted to see what you guys think but a fight wolf was my first char and Ressy it is like rome and the gladitors but there are rules such as
-No killing
-No godmodding
-No Powerplay
-No breaking bones
-Respect legends
-Respect Judges choice
-Don't abuse the ranks
-Only masters and up on the judging rock
So there it is. I fight because it is fun and it let's me release anger without hurting someone irl. And Feral Heart in general get me away from the real world of being depressed. I also am semi-violent so.......yeah.

I have recently joined this RP. And as far as I know now it isn't an actual group. I think there are the regulars, and the people who just show up to fight. The ones who started the group will tell anyone they do not "fight" to kill, they only do it for fun, and whenever I am there that is all we do if we aren't sitting around rambling to each other. The group has been around for a looong time. I encourage anyone to join us one day! Just come on over, everyone is welcoming and nice. As far as the power players you talk about, most of the time they are ignored, if not made fun of. They make themselves look ridiculous. The ones that claim to be the best and get violent are not usually apart of the fights, unless someone just feels like showing them up 'cause to be honest most of them are horrible at RPing. lol

Well,I think they do it bcz they haven't got anything else to do and yes I would join one of the RPs but ONLY if there isn't any interesting things to do.I mean,I hate PowerPlayers and,again, yes,I do PowerPlay but rarely,very rarely.I try to keep it as realistic as I can and it's more interesting if u do keep it real,with PowerPlaying u do it in a minute and it's all over,no excitment or anything they just sa''Kills,no miss'' or something and when u attack the 'dodge' or just ignore ur post.And when they attack u if u don't respond on it,they'll accuse u that u PowerPlay!

See, I wouldn't mind joining in (out of boredom, or if I felt the need to practice roleplay fighting), but with the lack of good roleplayers who take part in the fights, I find it unappealing.

Besides the fact that they all have some sort of obsession with ripping each others ears off. :B

I just know its mostly illegal in US and I'm not happy with fight wolves or dogs because of it....I'm friends with some of them only as long as they do it in a responsible manner, in which case they know its illegal and animal abuse in my part, and they don't joke about it to me.

I also believe people like to have powerful characters.

Imagine how they feel when their Fight wolf has a high rank like...(LOL I have no clue what you call it)..Master fight wolf/Leader fight wolf/Most powerfull and etc. I guess it is also fun to beat someone up without being criminaly charged? LOL

No hate on warrior though, I RP them to. Just there are so many of them.
