portals for downloaded maps not appearing

I have looked at other posts and done what they all have said, signed out of FH, checked that I put the files in export, and others. yet I still can't get the portal to show up, am I just missing something here?

Have you tried to close FH down completely? I know that some people actually need to do so to make the portals appear?

You are in The Cape of Distant Worlds, I suppose?

Make sure that all files are there.. fho. fhw. fhm. fhs.
