Feral Heart + Problems connecting

Hello! I'm having a lot of difficulty connecting to FeralHeart +. I have a picture to show you what's happening, but I will explain it as well. I can connect, but when it goes to where I can select my characters all it shows is this:


I can select a character, and it loads in-game, but then it shows this:


I can move around, and talk to people, but I can't see anything! I've tried un-installing and re-installing FH+, restarting my laptop, even bringing my character to Bonfire Island because Florite Plains isn't on FH+. NOTHING WORKS! It's getting extremely frustrating.. Can someone please help?
