Issues with Black background and more...

Hello fellas! I am new with this game (Started today to be honest) And i find myself in a rather annoying situation... When i go into the game i have an utterly black background and i can't see anything! I tried searching in the help forum and people say i need to set maps as cape, burnfire and such as my home.. I couldn't do that either because i can't type anything in the bar where you set homes.... I tried also to find answers to that, but i haven't found anything.. I would really like some help, i would really love to play this game Thanks.

Can you take screenshots so I can see what your problem is? To take a screenshot press PrtScrn on your keyboard. You'll find the screenshot in yoyr 'screenshots' folder. Upload that screenshot on TinyPic and then paste in so I can see it.

And have you tried re-installing your game? Delete the whole Feral Heart folder and desktop icon and re-install it on the Feral Heart website.

Plus, you cannot type in the 'Set Home' bar, you go to a map and click Set Home then your character is svaed in that map. So if you ever want to go back to that spot but your too far way, click the 'Go Home' button and you'll go back to where you set it.

This may sound silly, but make sure to only download the normal FH setup and the patch.
There is a version on the downloads page called FH+, it isnt needed to play the game, and it may screw up the files and cause problems.

Yes, I agree. I never thought of that. Don't download Feral Heart+ first, it most likely will derp your computer up.

You may need to reset your home. You can't type in where you wish to go in the bar but to reset your home go on the feather icon as you log onto the game server and click on the 'Home' section and 'Reset'. If that doesn't work try going on the member made tutorials found in this link:

Or take Alaskan's suggestion and re-install Feral-Heart.
