Umm a item.cfg didnt came with mine..

Open up the item.cfg in the main FHPLUS folder in notepad, it should bring up some coding, below the coding, paste this:

What do you mean everything was gone? Did you save the coding changes? Or ...What was gone?

I save it then I when on the game>Edit>items and when I look down everything was gone
