Heard something about "giving nuzzles?" What is that???

I've heard something about getting to the piont to where you can give nuzzles??? I would love to give some people nuzzles, but  I don't know how  or exactly what they are . Can someone help me???

This has already been brought up in another thread.

Giving nuzzles raises your Floof-O-Meter which is something you usually do if you're helped with a thread/question.
You need to post 25+ posts before you can 'nuzzle' someone.
Earlier you could 'bite' people on the forum, which would take away floof, this was usually used if there was a thread/post input you didn't like.
