I can't travel to the Temple of Dreams? Help?

First forum post. I couldn't find the answer to this problem anywhere else.
Whenever I try to traverse up the stone to get to the Temple of Dreams portal in Fluorite Plains, I just slip through it. It's like it's not a surface, I'm just a ghost whenever I try to walk on it. I see other people able to get to the portal, but I can't. I just fall through the stone onto the ground underneath whenever I try to get up there....
Does anyone know what is wrong? ;_;

Walk up it and you should stay on. ;3

You can try changing your rendering subsystem in the games options on the main menu or by pressing "Esc" during game play. Press the video settings and change between OpenGl and Direct3D9. When I changed my rendering subsystem I noticed I stopped going through that problem so I don't know if that will work for you to. Just be sure to restart the game once you do that.

-You could also just try walking up those ramps instead of running (as Keerigishi just said but posted before me lol) and jumping to the platform just as you reach the top.
-Or if you are feeling lazy or want to cheat just stick some wings on your character & fly up
- You could also try jump running (jumping nonstop the same time while running) and you can get up.
- Also boost your characters size if it is small because small characters tend to glitch through the platforms
