Can't log in to client!

Basically I can't log in to the actual client itself. It says I have the wrong username/password? I completely don't understand what's going on here and would really appreciate some help. :c

I haven't been around in a long while so did something change that effected accounts and the client log in that I didn't see?

Think it's because your username is too long in this case, the game login does not work when it's as long as yours is.

So, what can I do about that exactly? There wasn't a problem with it before so I wasn't expecting there to be now. Do I just have to wait for registration to open again and make a new account?

The site login and game login are a bit of two different things in this case, the site can take pretty long usernames without a problem, however the game that in your case is the issue, can not.

Yes, you must find a new registration time and register a shorter account in order to play the game.

What I was saying is, I've been on the game with this username before, like over a year ago now I think. But I've been on before with the username, so I was just surprised that it won't accept it now.

If that would be the case, I'd highly suggest you to check so you are using capitalized letters properly since the password is caps sensitive, and also do not use the numpad in order to log in to the game, use the numbers above the letters since they are the ones working.

You can also reset your password and see if that helps.

However, why I said that before is because your username looks too long to even work, and by checking now it even says you registered that account "Today".

I don't know why it says I registered today when I've got an old registration email from April of last year sitting in my email account still.

It's not a big deal though, I'll just make a new account when registration opens again. Thanks again for helping me figure this out. <3
