That sounds really whacky and it's probably some issue with your files if it's not a temporary bug. Have you tried just uninstalling your game and deleting the game folder then giving it a fresh reinstallation? Since I can't see your files I can't say exactly what's wrong but maybe you've been downloading mods etc and some files got replaced, deleted, or damaged. Just make sure to save any important files like presets etc else where in your computer before you uninstall the game and delete the folder. Let us know how that works out first.
