It's just a minor glitch/time out session. Just press "post" again after making sure that you've not posted it earlier. ^^ It happens to everyone.

Yeah, at times the whole website crashes and you need to refresh the page a few minutes later.
I'm not sure what the whole issue with not being able to post shortly after is though.
Ever tried refreshing the page fully again?

yes done that to and the website crashes then comes on 10 seconds after i go to the home page of here

That's why you should copy the stuff you are writing just before you hit the "post" button. I have had the server crash on me many times in the middle of responding to a message and trust me you'll learn the lesson the hard way... Just copy what you're writing that way if you get the "Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message" error and then it crashes you could just paste it all again.

Try logging out and signing back in to see if it works. If all else fails, you can try the others' suggestions. Copy and paste your message so you don't have to retype all that madness. ^_^
