A little help needed.

My friend, I have given her my alt account that i would use if my account had been hacked, But apparently, the password wont really work for her. Now she has been banned for fifteen minutes due to the log on issues. It doesnt have any special characters, no capitals, Just letters. She isnt typing it wrong, either. And after a while of typing, it will work.

Help, please?

If your alternate acount is extremely old, and hasn't been used in praticly /forever/ it may of been deleted from the server-

I doubt it has, As she can log in sometimes. And i seem to have no issues with logging in on it.

Yes, she could try changing her password and see if it makes a difference. If not then it must be her computer.

Apparently she has to type Reaaallly slowly. I think i may know the problem, it could be her lag that causes two letters to appear instead of one.

Lag could be the case then. Is her water reflection turned off and is the view distance on the lowest setting?

Perhaps her computer is not good enough to run Feralheart. She hasn't downloaded any of those mods which give the "bloom effect" and stuff by any chance?
