Fluorite plains is probably full at the moment. If you let your mouse pointer hover over the right side (near the sidebar) you'll get a list saying how many people are in the maps and what the limit is.
Just continue to try to log on, never press "try again", just press esc.

Sorry, but the servers only allow one hundred and sixty people in. You just have to keep trying or go to a different map.

Also in case you do not know if a character of yours gets stuck in Fluorite at its full hours or stuck in any map for that matter you can use the character reset option at the top right of the forum:

Please read through similar posts before making your own... I seriously cannot count how many "Fluorite Plains won't let me in" topics there are.
