My character is stuck!

She isn't showing up on the character reset and I need her because she is the leader of a group. Please help I don't know what to do. I keep crashing when I try and select to be her. I don't know why she isn't showing up on the character reset and I need to get on her for the group.

Make sure you are using the right profile that she is on in case you have another profile and that's why she isn't appearing because you're signing in on the wrong profile. All of your characters are saved on the server so she should appear as one of the choices in the character reset... if anything your best bet is to just try the character reset over because you're probably doing it wrong or picking one of the wrong characters each time you attempt to reset her. Just reset all of your characters and then press "Go Home" on all of them that way your bound to get her reset out of the bunch.
