Map Making Help

Ok, so I know this is probably a very stupid question but I can't seem to figure it out.
So I made a map. And when I was done I clicked "Export". Now here's the issue, I can't seem t figure out how to use the map in game. I mean, I know how to test it. But how would I get to it using a character, or how would I get to the map?

And now for my second part of the question, now I made the map for a roleplay. So how could I upload the map so others could download it?

Once it's exported, all you need to do is go in-game and head for Cape of Distant worlds. ~ A portal should be there for it.

And yes you can. Find the map files and copy and paste them into a folder, then right click it and compress. Once you've done that, upload the folder in www.mediafire.com.
