Well... I don't know what item pack your talking about but I'll link my favorite items pack:

Any who, it does have a ReadMe inside but I'll explain the best I can...

First, click Download. (The green button, pretty big. xD) Make sure to click, Open.

Now, when it's finished downloading. You should see a ReadMe.txt and a folder named: Put in Items Folder.

Make sure to keep the two file, ReadMe and folder, in a folder where you can come back to it quickly. (I put it in my downloads folder).

Now, open up the Put in Items Folder folder (Wow that didn't make sense. xD), and copy ALL of the files in there.

Go to FeralHeart>>Media>>Items and paste them in the items folder.

Then, go back to the ReadMe.txt and open that.

Copy the codes that are under where it says: Paste the following into your items.cfg, below any other codes you may have~!

It says it all ^ Paste those codes in your items.cfg folder. If you can't open items.cfg, then use notepad to open it.

Then go in-game and the items should be there.

Didn't exactly know what you were asking, but I hope I answered it right. xD Anyway, there are TONS of more items. Just look in FeralHeart Addons & Mods.
