Please help

Hello, im new here. im instaled FeralHeart today, but prevents play.
And my probles is : when I turned on the game, I open the table with writing OpenGL Rendering Subsystem or Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem and every time is just one of them. and when I click OK, it seems that combines the game, but still in black screen and after a few seconds turns off the game window. have i tried to delete the game and install again, but still all the same problem. how do I fix it?

When you uninstall the game, you must delete the FeralHeart folder in order for it to work when you install it again.
Did you remember to install Direct3D9 when you installed the game?

and where can I find  site Direct3D9 installation?

If that doesn't work, go into your hard drive to C:(LocalDisk)>FeralHeart>media>particles. If there's any particle in there with _0 or _1 on the end, delete 'em. If there are, that should clear it up. c:
