Private map won't work.

hey,

we have a private map, it's for 2 groups. the leader of the ''rival'' group made the map.
the map worked the last 2 weeks, but today it said '' Failed to connect to map server. Retry?''
it's giving this message for a few hours.
what can the problem be?

This is a problem comming from the server, this happens randomly with every map and the only way to fix it is to wait to the next server restart or resave your map with another name to make it "another" map.
The server is restarted manually, and maybe you will need to wait several days before you can get on that map again.

Each character you get on that map will get stuck, but you can unstuck them with the character reset panel.

OKay thnx,

the only problem is that i can't go the Character Reset panel.
it won't log in there.....
but then we will wait XD

why not?
you should tell to the staff if there are a problem with the reset panel.

I just use the same username and password than ingame and works for me.

The username automaticly changed to an Email adress,
but i tried it in another browser now it works great XD
