How to get Presets into Feralheart

I just recently got a preset, the only file that came with the download was a white piece of paper looking thing? I need help on how to export it into FeralHeart! I'd appreciate the help, thank you.  ;D

Local Disk -> FeralHeart -> Presets

Then it should already be in game for you.

It sounds like it was just a .fhp file, which is not for your use. It is for you to see Tearless' preset, not wear it yourself.
