"Forgot my password" but Fh does not let it!

>.< Let's see this. I have another account called MarcoMax, i think and I got banned whenI tried to figure out what was my password.... -.-

Can someone, please, explian me why the forgot password is not working?

First of all, this should be in Game Help. Second of all, I think it closed because of the registration. Third of all, If you're Ban dont write it in public, PM a Mod or admin.
Another way you can write a different password is clicking Profile.
