Preset help??

]I made my first preset not long ago and my I uploaded it to mediafire, the problem is when my friend got it he couldn't see t and he has had lots of presets by his friends, so he couldn't have made a mistake. I exported my preset and used the fhp file. What could have possibly gone wrong?

When you export your preset, you MUST have your username typed in exactly as you signed up for the forums/game (for example I'd have to type in CloudFish, I couldn't type in cloudfish. Presets are case sensitive) and then export it, otherwise it will not work. This is why he can not see it.
