Problems Confirming Account

For some reason, I can't click on the link in the account verification e-mail.  It sends me to a 403 page saying that:

"You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
a mistyped address
you have no access to this page
The requested resource was not found.
An error has occurred while processing your request."

Any help would be appreciated.

That happened to me, today. I went to make an account, and it didn't work. Actually, I ended up having to re-make two emails, and register three times for it to work. Finally, after the third email I tried, it was fine. I don't know what else to do, other than that.
