Fluorite Plains

Hi everyone,
Recently I went to fluorite plains for the first time and getting in was fine...but when I leave again it becomes stuck on the loading screen, even if I prompt retry when the option appears nothing happens and when I exit the game and  go back to my character I can't use it anymore it stays stuck on the loading screen like before.
Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem and if anyone can tell me how to fix it? Ive had to remake 3 chars now

Flourite tends to be terribly packed, however if you don't want to wait it all out- there's the 'Character Reset' button up above in that box~

If you use that, your character will be free :33

If your character is located in Fluorite Plains, you'll probably receive bad tokens.
It's because the map is full and Fluorite is the map with most traffic.

Don't know how many users that are online inside of the map?
You can hover your mouse over the right side of the website, near the sidebar, and a smaller window will pop out.

(You'll need to refresh the page to see the current amount.)

If the map you're in is full, and you want to get onto the game anyway.. You can reset your character by logging onto the yellow box on the website.

Yes, one of the reasons are because the number that allows a sertain amount of people in the server has leveled down and flourite tends to get packed (as Milleniuco explained) because its that popular of a place. Yes it may take quite a lot of times for you to enter but you're just going to have to deal with it. Everyone else does.

Go on the website, log in and go on Character Reset, enter your details and then you'll have your chars, press reset home or go home. If this doesn't work, contact a MOD. Hope this helps :3

Ah thanks everyone. I knew that fluorite tended to be full but I didn't know why that affected me leaving the map. Now I know about the reset button it shouldn't be a problem.
