Game crashes when I try to get into Ficho Tunnel?

Title says it all. When I try to get into Ficho Tunnel, the game crashes. The only maps I can enter are Lonely Cave, Cape Of Worlds and South Pole, I'm not sure if I can get into Bonfire anymore since I have to go through Ficho to get there .-.
So, could anyone try to help me fix this problem, please?

Also, I'm using a Mac, if that's supposed to affect anything.

Sometimes there are server derps that cause the game or specific maps to crash randomly and it's not always an issue on your side. If it's the server or just a connection issue sometimes just waiting a few minutes and trying to get in again works. Has this been happening for a while and does it crash all the time when you enter Ficho? If so do any specific error messages pop up when you crash?
First test tip:
- If it's not just a connection/server issue you can always try uninstalling the game, deleting the main folder, and reinstalling the game to see if it fixes anything. Just be sure to back up any important files like presets etc if you go with this option.
