Crashing error?

I am having this windwos crash error everytime i try to go on with my canine/feline?
It wont even let me go on the maps, anywhere!



And this happened about 5/10mins after everyone had a crash, but i still have mine :/

Give it a little time then. There are a few other people complaining of crashes today so it might be a problem with the server. If you haven't changed, added, or modified any files recently then just close the game and wait for a few more minutes to see if things sort themself out.

everyone had a crash about a hour ago, so yeah, i ahve been waiting an hour, i would of thought that would be enough? :S idk

The Cape has been making alot of people crash so if you're trying to enter characters that are in the Cape that could be why you keep crashing. What error message if any do you get when the game crashes? Have you checked your particles folder for double particles? If you have any delete them they would have numbers at the end like _0 or _1 etc.

"FeralHaert.exe has stopped working"
Then it closes.
I cant get on any maps at all.

I will tyr, but i dont knwo where to find the FH folder

And there are no doubles of anything in the FH folder.

You can get to your Feral Heart folder by clicking start on your computer on the bottom left side of the screen then click where it says "computer" then the Local Disk(C:). The Particles folder is in the C:\>Feral Heart>Media> Particles. If you need a screenshot I'll send you one. Delete any doubles in the particles folder.

Edit: Guess you already checked well next step is to then try uninstalling the game, deleting the main folder, and then reinstalling. If you do this though be sure to back up any important files such as presets etc.

Ah, I just deleted my animal, made a new one, it seems to be working so far, not sure for how long though.
Im to scared to go in any portals now XD hahah.
If this does not workk then yeah, i will uninstall it and re install it.

For now just wait it out as I said earlier there seems to be alot of people having trouble getting back on or just crashing alot in general. Stay clear of the Cape in the meantime. And yes if things do get sorted with the server and you continue to crash then I suggest you uninstall and reinstall.
