feral heart keeps crashing!

i made this new preset, and starting today, when i use that character, the game crashes saying "Feralheart.exe has stopped working" yesterday when i was ujsing the new preset character, i kept getting disconected! this doesnt happen with any of my other characters, not even the other preset i have!

Did you use a program to make this preset or did you use FH?  If you used a program, did you put it in the correct folder?

You should Reset you Character. in order to do that Login in the golden box, and after you did that it would say 'Character Reset'

yes i saved it the right place, its not that its not working at all, its just that if i play as that character for about 3-20 minutes, feralheart crashes.
i'll try the character reset though

could be the internet, because my internet has ben bein weird lately, but that doesnt explain the crashing from earlier, and its only on that one character, i've tested some of my others.

Ok, now my internet is fine, i but i cant connnect to the map server on that one character again! It was working fine earlier!
