i read somewhere that to get public maps that other players made you just have to get them into the exports file and then go to the cape and you will find the portal there but i have downloaded some maps and done that but everytime i go to the cape nothing happens, there are no new portals  :( did i miss something what else do i have to do ??? please tell me if you know

You install downloaded maps like so Skyla:

1.) Follow the "read me" file if there is one and place the files in the places where it says or just place all the files into the "Exports" folder

OR

If placing the map files into the Feral Heart "Exports" folder didn't make it work right than try placing the files as so:
FHM files go into FH>Media>Terrains
FHO files go into FH>Media>Objects
FHS/FHW go into FH>Media>Sky
Mp3 go into FH>Media>Sounds/Music

Then be sure to restart the game
Hope that helps. :)

When people say "Restart" they mean close the game then open it again.

Last Cave is a default map that comes with the original Feralheart, you can go there by going through Lonely Cave>> SouthPole>> Atlantis>> Last Cave.

All downloadable maps can be found on this board :)

No, it's always better to have the game closed when installing new files into Feralheart. You can open it again after placing files into the exports folder :)

I really don't know what to say anymore as advice since the methods mentioned above is how to make it work. You must be doing something wrong hun. Maybe having a visual would help I hope. Check out this video.

(This video goes over installing maps by putting them in exports)

Note: If it's happening with just one specific map it could be an issue with that map and its files. If every map you download isn't working though then it must be something going wrong on your side.
