cant log into game

ok for some reason i cant log into the game it keeps telling me that my password or username is incorrect but that cant be possible because i can log into the site but not the game and another thing i have also have a second profile that i've been trying to log into but it says the same thing so i tried to do the password reset but when i put in the code it says it's invalid what going on hear please help me!!!!

First of all, this doesn't belong in Game Discussion. I'll move it for you.

Secondly, you can try changing your password, but I doubt that will work in this case.
You should go ahead and re-install the game.
