Hai, umm well I was wondering when do the registration things open? 'Cause my friend wants to join really bad.
 Is there certain times on certain days? Or something?

The Registration is open at random times, no one (Not even staff members) knows exactly what time or what day it opens, hence the term of "random". It's programed to be random for a reason
