((!major help!)) how do i register to make a new profile?

i really want to make a new profile but the option isn't their anymore    the reason i want to make a new one is because iv'e been having trouble get into the game iv'e tried everything humanly possible but nothing works so this seems to be my only option and im getting frustrated  any help will do

The reason you don't see the register option at the moment is here in this thread:

All in all, registration opens randomly throughout the day. Keep checking in and you'll find it open so you can create your new account.
However, how logn was your password on you original account? If it was longer than 16-18, this may be why it won't let you in. Also make sure your internet connection is A-okay, just to be safe.

If you password is too long, though, you can fix this by going to Profile >> Account Related Settings, and then changing your account password. It might be worth a shot.

It's always random so no. You just have to check in as often as you can. Goodluck
