still cant log into game!!!!!!!

ok so i've been waiting tree weeks and i finally got to register a new profile for the game but when i go to log in i type the right info and i says my password or username is wrong what the freak is going on? i just made this and it's saying i didn't put the right stuff.....whats wrong with my game? this is getting really REALLY annoying!!!!!
