I'm Unable to Download FH

I tried the normal FH download, and it didn't work. I checked out my files and the FH set up was in "Downloads".
Clicked it, didn't work.
Tried to open it, didn't work.
I tried the torrent.

When I clicked on it, it didn't even do anything.

What do I do?

What exactly do you mean by "didn't work"? Are there any errors when trying to open it? If you can give me a little more detail on your problem I might be able to help

I try and open it but nothing happens.

Hmmm, try right-clicking and choosing the option "Run as Administrator" and restart the computer if that doesn't do anything. Check your firewall and make sure it's not blocking the setup from running the installation.

I click run as administrator and it says, "Do you want to allow this to make changes to your computer, blah blah blah," and I click yes.

Please note that I'm a retard when it comes to computers and don't know how to check my computer. Sorry.

Aye..This happened to a user awhile ago. Anyway, go back to downloads, and click Torrent (again) and if you get a error again, just keep clicking it until it works.

Now whenever I download the torrent this weird thing keeps popping up. What do I open it with?
