Failed to connact the map server

Failed to connact the map server. - Whatever I do - I can't enter the game. It shows me that text. I've already unistalled it. My interhet and computer is okay. Everything works great! But not FH.
It starts when my chars are in Flu Plants. Now I can't enter them if they were left there

Ah, it sounds like your characters are getting caught up in the cramped server of Fluorite. Hold your mouse over the right side of the FH forum window, and it'll show you how many people out of 160 are currently in the map.

Especially during peak hours of activity, it's likely you'll get "Failed to Connect" and "Bad Token" messages. So, keep on trying if you want to get into the plains.
To get your characters back, log back into the forum, then at the top right of the site you'll see the "Character Reset" option. Click that, put in your info again, and you can reset your characters to their original home.

Edit: (Uhh, assuming by 'Flu Plants' you meant 'Fluorite Plains', yes?)

This doesn't work for me.
I try to log in there,  but it always says "joomla_int Sessione Create: You do not have access to this page! Your usergropu is Public Frontend. As a minimum, you should be a member of USERS."

My favorite character is stuck in a own map and I can't get it back.

Plz do not post in old threads. You could make your own help post....
And could you show us screenshot like what it says or something... Because I don't understand really...
