Multi-Mask Help?

I'm working on a map that requires more than three masks.  Someone mind telling me how do do it? I specifically need 5 masks.  Either a descriptive way of telling me, or a video or pictures would be nice... something visual because I tend to understand pictures better than words .3.
But words are still fine~

The Masking Colors Of A Mask Is "RBG Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Yellow" Also I Try Random Colors On It Like RBG Orange Or Somthing Random x'D Maybe Somthing Good Will Happen..
