friend still cant get activated account

so we sent in about to activate a friends account they got NO hotmail for weeks and so we just tried to log in the account anyway and it let them play on it BUT yesterday they tried to log into the feralheart WEBSITE and it wouldnt even though we could play the game with the account and now he has told me he can log into the site NOR will it let him on the game

it keeps saying to him incorrect password or username hes checked the password and username and its completely correct so we went to see if he had the activation email and still he hasnt so he cant play the game at all now

a little help for him maybe?

i've done as red said to send in an email to an activation mail about it but we've had nothing back nor has it been activated

Staff knows about this problem. After the Database got moved to another server, some already active accounts seem to be set back to inactive.. aka not activated when they actually were in use. Please write Razmirz a PM so he can activate it again.
