Loging in to the game...

I am trying to get onto the game and it said that my username or password is incorect! I am sure that I did something wrong......

-Redid my password.
-made sure every letter I did was correct.
-It still didn't work.
-I went to my C: drive and deleted the 'Feral Heart' Folder.
-I redownloaded the game and it downloaded fully.
-Went back on and Made sure every letter was correct.
-It still didn't work....

So what am I doing wrong? >.<

Well, how often to you log into feralheart? I think there was an issue where the game would delete your account or something, but I also believe there is a certain glitch going around. This is not the first help thread I have seen for this sort of thing, so it might be an issue just waiting to be fixed.

I would recommend PMing an admin or mod about this issue, and also clicking the "forgot my password and forgot my username" right under the "log in" place in the top right corner of the forums.

Oh, in that case, did you get the confirmation email and activate everything in-game?

And, being your first day, there is the possibility something is being typed wrong, check it /again/

It might have something to do with your username, the max amount of characters in a username is 16. Often players with more than 16 have trouble logging into the game.

Oh well then I have 17 letters in my username. How do I change it? Also I tried it again and it didn't work.

I think the only way to change it is make a new account. Maybe if you ask a staff member about it then they might be able to change it for you
