I can actually help you out with your issue- There seems to be a glitch going where certain people cannot log in to the game. I would say you should PM a mod or admin http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=28&Itemid=52 from there. They might be able to tell you what the current situation is.

The Game right now is currently active. You would know when the servers are down when you see Game Servers offline at the top left corner where it gives us a count number. If you are having problems, try to reset your password.
