Weird Blinking of the chat and in game icons!

Well here is the thing. When I am creating a character or in the game, my cursor and anything like the chat or the icons in the game or the full complete chart for the character edit it blinks in and out of vision or availability to click on it. It has never done this before and I just cant figure it out. It just started doing this and its annoying. Any tips or how I can prevent this blinking of the charts and chat and everything. I don't know if it will help but you could try changing your video settings on the main menu. Click where it says "options" then "video" and change your rendering subsystem from OpenGL to Direct3D9. That might help but if it still acts up maybe uninstall the game & delete the Feral Heart folder and then reinstall. Just be sure to back up any important files like presets etc if you uninstall.
