All the admins are active everyday. But if you would like to see it being resolved sooner, Red, wolffox or Ramine would be your best option. ^^

Just to add though Red has been "away" from the forum for a few days so you could always message Delay and as Woolfie said any of the other mods (if it's urgent). Since it's for a report make sure you send them proof in a screenshot of what the person is saying or doing and the screenshot(s) must include that user's username.
