I can't play? please help!

I'm kind of new to FeralHeart and after a few days of playing every time I choose a character I get a pop-up that says this:
'FeralHeart.exe has stopped working"
one of the options is "check online for a solution and close the program" and if I click on it nothing happens. I have already tried deleting and re-installing the but that didn't work
