Help with an unfair ban?

Hai guys,
So I just made a new account & downloaded the game recently, but the first time (like completely first time I haven't even played before) I logged in and it started to connect to the server then i get a message "you have been banned for 10 months 1 day 15 hours 28 minutes"  :'( Does anyone know why I was banned so quickly after I made an account? or how to fix this?
Please help I really want to play this game!

Bans are not allowed to discuss public contact with admin or moderator
But there's actually a glitch so don't worry.
