can't log in

im new on FH.
today when i try to log in it just say the password or username is wrong...
but i can log in on the side.

Why can't i log in so i can play?

Is your caps lock off? And if that doesn't work, PM a mod just incase it involves rule-breaking.

Make sure you are typing your user and name in right if you are using numbers in your user or password you have to use the numbers above your keyboard the number pad wont work. Try that and hope it works for you.

Make sure you got a confirmation email too.


A newer common issue - the game actually seems to be glitching for some newer members not letting them in or telling then something is wrong. PM a mod or admin to see if you can get this fixed, or if they know the issue.
