Ok, i know this sounds a bit noobish but....how do you get items in FH? i always see pictures with peope with spike collars and horns and little twigs in peoples mouths? is it only for FH+? idk PLEASE HELP

The items are for Feral Heart and Feral Heart + since FH+ is just a modified version of the regular Feral Heart. You can get them from here

Be sure to refer to the "read me" file that comes with the download so that you install it right ^_^
