Can not connect to front server.

So I've been away from FH for some time now thanks to my old computer breaking. I had to download FH to my new computer but when I try to log into my account it keeps saying that I failed to connect to the front server. My connection to the networks are fine and I already checked my firewall to allow the game to play. What else can I do to get back into the game?

Sometimes the FH server does this kind of thing when it's been reset to help reduce lag. So, this happens frequently.

I would give it a little bit, then check into FH again. But, if it keeps doing this for more than a day or so, I would suggest reinstalling FH.

Are you trying to log in from a school/public internet?
Schools usually have UDP internet protocol blocked to avoid any online games to connect.

If you are using a router, try to conect the computer directly to the main internet cable.
Routers can have some bad firewall settings.

Can you play any other online games? (non browser games, like world of warcraft, age of empires, etc.)
If other games using UDP protocol works fine, then the problem is just with FeralHeart.
