She smiled lightly as she crouched and allowed Klein to climb up on her back. "Someone has to watch our tails." She said quietly. "I'm used to it, to be honest."
The cub face planted into her spine again, passing out from the excitement of meeting new friends.
She chuckled lightly as she heard him snore.

Slay sighed and nodded, leaning gently into her nuzzle. He flickered an ear to Luxin and frowned. "If you're not going to tell me what that means, don't use the word." He huffed at the cat. He turned his head over his shoulder to look at his odd pack. "Four wolves, a hawk, a cat, a lynx, and a bear...." He counted and rolled his eyes. "Lovely." He yawned and continued to walk until the sun started to decent into the sky. His eyes narrowed at a nearby cave. He stepped up and scented it. "Nothing's here." he said and ducked in, double checking for another creature. "Nothing." he repeated, his voice echoed into the outside.

Abyss blinked as she had brought up the rear. She kept an eye on the overgrowth, as if electing herself as guard. "I'll stand watch." She said quietly, sitting down beside the entrance.
The cub rolled off her back and into the cave, still snoring away.
The fae smiled and caught herself about to laugh. She stopped herself and continued to stare outside. She was used to being away from the pack, and wasn't usually fond of cramped quarters.
Like she used to do back in her old pack, she awaited for the bats to emerge so she could catch herself a meal. But, she also kept an eye on a vole hole, so she could catch something for the cub if he woke up during the late hours.
She could see the little mouse-like creatures scampering to and from the hole. But, she was going to wait until the cub said he was hungry.

((Just here for some computer comedy.
Ya know, I have a friend that is very small. He is so small, that the first time he saw a Chihuahua he shouted "Holy Cow it's huge!".))
Nope. Get out. Get. Out. Move ya tail out of my cave. I told you. A million times. And you took it any way. Lemme put it in a way you might understand. THUNDERPUNCH!

(I think that is known as spam....)

Nik curled up in a corner, stayed for a minute, then stood again.  He looked up at the cave ceiling then at the walls.  It felt cramped and overcrowded even though there was a lot of room to spare.  He glaced at Marv, who was circling around before flopping over onto the cave floor.  He stood and walked out of the cave.
"That black female said she would guard, and she will, I am just sitting out, no harm done,"  He thought.  Then he realized he was never told what her name was, if she did he didn't remember it.  He took a mental note to ask her later.
"I'm a kitchen sink, you don't know what that means. Because a kitchen sink to you, is not a kitchen sink to me, okay?"

((sorry for the inactivity guys, my comp died... and it hasnt. turned. on. oAo  i think i will die from the fh withdrawal...  seriously, im getting the jitters... >A< okayz, ima reply naow!!!))

Aluxia laughs at Slays comment and Lunix's reaction, which was a very 'omg, really?' face. she settles down in a hollow near the back of the cave, a few rocks blocked t from the rest of the cavern so it could be called a den, if one really stretched their imagination. It was definitely large enough for two wolves, a hawk, and a cat. Lunix flops down beside Marv, deciding that he was his new bff. "twitterpated,"  he explained to the White brute, "is a pups term for in love, or courting, swooning, or" she chuckles, "mates." he looks at Aluxia, not quite sure if that was what the two were at the moment but he thought the term fit the situation anyways. Aluxia rolls her eyes at the comment and lays her head down on her paws.

((Sounds like your battery is shot. Try leaving it plugged up to turn it on, or getting a new battery in it.))
Slayter looked down to the cat with furrowed brows, a tight scowl pulling at his lips. "Really now? Because in my pack, we always just called it sex." He said and lifted his head, tilting his head to the side gently as he looked towards Aluxia. He chuckled lightly, his tail lifting slightly behind him. "But you're correct, cat. I plan to take full advantage of the situation." He laughed and stepped past the tabby. He swiped his tongue over his muzzle and peeked his head around the rocks. "Care to join me for a walk?" He asked Aluxia, smiling softly.

((It's an old laptop, so it has to stay plugged in anyways, but I have a friend who works on computers, I might ask him to check it out... And to put a cherry on top of this whole problem, our internets messing up. >~< life hates me...))

Lunix rolls his eyes and burrows into Marvs fur. Aluxia looks up at him and nods with a smile. She stands, giving herself a shake to get some of the cave dust off her fur, and pads after him to the entrance. After they exit the cave she catches up to him, "where too?" She asks softly, flicking her tail. The last of the suns rays made her golden fur gleam warmly.

Abyss was watching the moon, as well as the area in front of them. She blinked as she heard the flirtatious brute and fae speaking at their leisure.
Her senses perked at the sound of paws against the cold stone floor of the cave. She looked at the approaching brute from the corner of her eye. "Something wrong?" she asked Nik quietly, then diverted her gaze to the silver light that was reflecting on the distant water's surface.
Now that it was night, she could see better. Her golden optics seemed to burn holes in the overgrowth, as if daring something to attempt an attack. Though, if something did, she'd show them how some of the rumors surrounding a ebon pelted wolf were true.

(I feel so illiterate.  My posts are always the smallest.)
"Nothing is wrong, I just can't sleep.  I am not used to sleeping in a den with other wolves."  Nik said.  He stood beside her and asked.
"Mind if I sit with you for a minute?  I got nothing else better to do,"
"I'm a kitchen sink, you don't know what that means. Because a kitchen sink to you, is not a kitchen sink to me, okay?"
