I need help figuring something out, in need of assistance. Please, help me!

Um, this is my first time ever using the forum.. So I'm going to try my best at doing it right. I'm in desperate need of help trying to figure out what I did wrong. I tried downloading this Bundle Item pack for my group, and I think I might have messed it up. When I logged in everything is black, all I saw was the icons and my character. So I tried to delete it, I uninstalled it. When I tried to delete the Feral-Heart file it won't let me. So I tried to re-install Feral-Heart, but it kept saying the files are corrupted and that I need a new one. I've been trying all night, and part of today fixing it. But I can't figure it out. I've never had this problem before, I've been playing for about 2 years and this is my first encounter with such a massive problem. I don't want to stop playing, I love this game. So please answer me as soon as possible, I want to play ASAP. ;w; Thanks!

Hey, it'll be alright. Most likely you've just got some files out of order, here.

Firstly, when you went to reinstall, did you UNinstall first? Try removing all traces of FeralHeart from your computer, then reinstall. This should reset all of your files, and allow the game to play.

When this is finished and functioning, try downloading the items pack again. There should be a ReadMe file in it, which will tell you how to install the items. If not, let us know here, and we'll find you a tutorial that will show you how to download them. Good luck!

Well, I uninstalled it, but it's still doing what I explained. I don't know and it's stressing me. I'm sorry I'm a bit of a newbie to these problems. I normally don't seek help unless urgent. I just can't seem to fix it, I'm pretty certain I uninstalled it, but the FH folder won't delete. Any thoughts of why it won't delete? :L

So let me get this straight. Your screen turned back? You messed up on some items? Right?

Hmm..Make sure you put the code in the item.cfg notepad. And items name in the Item folder.

The black screen: Hmm press 'b' and go to "home'. Make you set your home for 'Lonely Cave' Then press 'Go home' and screen would clear back to it's regular color.

Okay, I can't upload the snap shot of it but when I attempt to delete my FH folder it says "You need permission from administrators to make changes to this folder", so I'll hit retry but it still won't work.. I don't know how to get rid of it.. :L Sorry, I seriously don't know what to do about it.

To take snapshot..you can go to 'Snipping Tools' (Think that's what it called c: )

It's alright. Anyway, first you could go to 'Gimp' [but make fist you click the right and you'll see options.] But make sure you copied the snap and paste it on 'Gimp'then 'export'. Next, go to Tinypic.com and upload or PhotoBucket.com
