And why i cant put a picture like normaly in the  Additional options? what size the picture must be? i have a picture that is  138Kb

You won't be able to connect to the server because the server is down at the moment. If you was having problems before this happened then make sure you have a good connection before trying to get onto the server.

Now, for your picture problem try uploading it up to Tinypic.com and changing the size for e.g.
