To install the items, just copy all of the image files and place them in your Feralheart folder in Media>Items
Put the other file that isn't an image in your main Feral Heart folder and click "yes" when it asks you to replace.

Once you found your item pack that you want, then watch this video on how to put your items on Feral Heart. It shows you a step by step process on how to do so
